Now Recruiting: Board Member of Hereford South West Pride in Place

Hereford South West(Newton Farm and Hunderton) has been selected by government for Pride in Place Funding, allocating £20m over 20 years to support the regeneration and re-development of this area of the city. A Board member will be someone who can bring communities together to share their ideas in an open and collaborative way. Their primary role will be as a champion for their place and to embody the community-led spirit of the programme.

We are looking for people who live or have connection to the local area, and are passionate about leading change through community engagement. We are looking for people of all ages and backgrounds, and you don’t need any previous experience of this kind of work to apply.

Our Neighbourhoods

Newton Farm

Newton Farm is one of two neighbourhoods in Herefordshire selected to receive Pride in Place funding. Over the next decade, residents will shape a regeneration plan to drive lasting positive change in the area.

Hunderton

Hunderton is one of two neighbourhoods in Herefordshire selected to receive Pride in Place funding. A neighbourhood board will be established to develop a 10-year vision and deliver community-led projects.
